For what age range? Don’t forget that if you’re a child or teen you need more sleep than adults! Studies have shown this over and over.

ABC diet: give me your opinions!

I’m kind of thinking about doing it once finals are over (right now I need my mind sharp as a tack so I CANNOT be starving) so I want to hear from people who have done it!

I know it’s not sustainable for me, but I’m wondering if it might help me break out of my plateau.

My brother just quessed I weight about 47 kgs.

I want to die right now.

Do I really look that fat heavy???

My real weight is currently 43kgs. Idk, I just want to kill myself…

Another reason to just fucking lose this weight.

Obviously I don’t know your brother so idk how good he USUALLY is at guessing weights, but keep in mind that guys have more muscle (which is denser) than girls do, so their perception of what different weights would look like is usually off when it comes to the ladies.

He’s probably just imagining what a GUY your size would weigh, which is totally different.

And unless I’m doing the conversion to pounds wrong, I would LOVE to be EITHER of those weights.

Plank is a great exercise for working the abdominals, the arms, and the shoulders. It’s similar to a push-up position, but the goal is to keep your abs in and your entire body in a straight line. Having a mirror nearby can help you check to make sure you’re not sagging your stomach or sticking your butt up. Also, make sure you don’t allow yourself to sink into your arms; lift your weight up and our of your shoulders and arms. To make it easier, keep your head in line with your spine and reach out through the heels and the head.

Starts tomorrow! You in?

definitely :)

I had to increase my calorie goal. :(

My hair was growing in a little thin and I was starting to feel grouchy and irritable all the time. It’s hard to feel good about eating *more* but maybe it’ll help me out of my plateau.
